Privacy information

This page explains the current WrightWayz website and its enquiry options. Contact Joshua Wright at joshfounder@outlook.com or 0452 272 820 with questions.

Support enquiries

The support form requests your name, contact details, support category and an optional message. When you choose “Send Enquiry” and agree to the processing notice, those details are transmitted to FormSubmit to forward by email to joshfounder@outlook.com. FormSubmit and Microsoft Outlook process the enquiry to deliver it and enable WrightWayz to respond. FormSubmit may also process technical information for security and spam prevention. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Microsoft’s privacy statement. These providers may process information outside Australia.

WrightWayz uses the information you send to understand and respond to your enquiry. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include passwords, banking details, medical records or other highly sensitive information. WrightWayz is not an emergency or clinical service.

You can instead use the email link or “Copy Enquiry”. Copying places the details on your device clipboard, where other applications may be able to access them; you choose where to paste and send them. Using the email link opens your email application, where you review and send the message yourself.

Clarity check

The clarity check runs in your browser. Its text is not submitted to WrightWayz by that tool. This feature does not deliberately save the text in website storage; your browser or device may retain form information according to its own settings.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests to the site can disclose technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information to the hosting provider for delivery, security and operation. The current page does not include an advertising tracker or third-party analytics script. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Donations and external websites

Donation links open PayPal. Payment details are entered with PayPal, not into a WrightWayz website form. PayPal may provide transaction information to the recipient. Social media, music and other external links are operated by their respective providers and have separate privacy practices.

Questions, access and deletion requests

Contact joshfounder@outlook.com to ask about personal information sent to WrightWayz, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the enquiry so it can be located, but do not email identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been agreed. Records required for legal or accounting purposes may need to be retained.
